A watercolor rendition of our dauchshund’s favorite spring activity, keeping the chickens out of the garden. We winter the chickens in the garden, they eat the scraps and bugs and fertilize the ground in return. Unfortunately in the spring, it takes several weeks for them to be “reprogrammed” not to come in until autumn.
